Service may be in the name but SERVICE is not in their policy. 4 problems: they don't specify whether the item is in stock, they don't notify you when the item has shipped, their return policy is 30 days FROM THE DATE YOU ORDERED - not when it was received, and they don't return email or phone calls (no 800 number, either). BEWARE of this company.
