Quick and responsive service. We called to address plumbing issues. Michael explained options to best address our concerns and once we decided on our preferred course of action, Michael completed the work professionally. Service Specialties has been our go-to resource to address our heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs. more

Clint Boyd was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Along with being punctual, and personable, he gave us a very comprehensive assessment of our HVAC servicing, iand the options we should consider. No pressure to buy additional services, but a very understandable explanation. We would highly recommend him for any HVAC project. more

Excellent service! 7/19/2017

I was very impressed with the customer service I received. The company called when they said they would call. They came when they said they would come. In this day and age, that's impressive and hard to find. I would recommend SS INC to anyone. The AC guys were so nice. Two came to my house that day. I am a single mom with two small kids and they took excellent care of me. I had air conditioning by the end of the day. Thank you!! more

We had a water heater bust---SSI was not only quick, but very pleasant & professional. The team was knowledgable and educated us on all steps we had to go through. The water heater installation was done perfectly/professionally----will for sure use SSI again:) more

Friendly and professional service 6/19/2017

The SSI team that helped us, Jose, Jacob and Tim, were very courteous, prompt and answered all our questions. Jose and Jacob worked hard all day installing our new heat pump outside and air handler in our attic, on a pretty hot day, remaining professional and polite the entire time. more

Terrific Service 6/15/2017

SSI has installed and serviced our HVAC systems for several years. They are always courteous, knowledgeable and on time. The latest instance had our A/C deciding to die during the hottest part of the late afternoon, after SSI had closed for the day. However, I called their number just to leave a message to be sure I was on the list for the next day and I got a live answering service. A service rep called first thing in the AM and scheduled a repair technician for later that afternoon. Joe Rowan arrived, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and was on his way with no charge! Fortunately we had a service contract. Anyways, the service was great and we plan on being SSI customers for many more years. more

Heat Pump Installation 4/26/2017

Service Specialties Inc. installed a Heat Pump for me today. Brendan and Erik did an excellent job. Brendan is very professional and knew how to protect my property. They were courteous and very professional in their work. I had SSI’s commercial group work for my company for years and was very pleased. This is my first time using their residential group and they give the same great service. I highly recommend them. more

I had my 2 units replaced this week and was very pleased with the professionalism of the SSI installers. The work was completed on-time with minimum disruption to my family. They also took the time to explain the new systems and more importantly how to properly conduct routine maintenance. I would certainly recommend SSI in the future. more

Furnace Humidifer Installation 12/16/2016

Jose and Isaac installed our furnace humidifier. Both were exceptionally knowledgable about the product and it's installation. Both were also very professional, respectful and actively listened to our questions. Good job to both. more

We had a very good experience with Paul from SSI who performed the annual furnace inspection. He was very professional, appeared knowledgable, and explained all he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone who needs this service, and hope to see him in the Spring. more

Always on track 11/4/2016

I have used Service Specialties to maintain my HVAC system since 2011. They service in the spring for A.C. and in the fall for heating. They let me know the current status of my systems and make any recommendations. They are on time and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC specialist. more
