ssi chris service call: 7/16/2018

chris was at my home for 20 min, I had a full page of concerns of the installation of my new hvac syatem a week ago. we went over a few of them & he said he had no equipment on his service truck & drove away--- that the original installer team would return for any issue/ correction. they might be with the least experience, why would they return to inspect anything--- the time to excel & install properly is the first date of installation. would their expertise really improve after about ten days ???????????? more

100% positive - they replaced the Compressor/coils and it works. Answered my questions/cleaned up. Will use SSI in the future more

Heat Pump Installattion 6/2/2018

I've been with SSI for over 20 years, so when my system needed replacing it was an easy choice to go through them. Mark Burns got there early, did a great job of explaining the new system to me (and the new thermostat). They cleaned everything up nicely and were done by 3:30 or so. Great job guys! more

SSI is an excellent company 2/18/2018

SSI has done major HVAC and water heater installations for me. Results were excellent. Company is professional, and the prices are far better than the standard. Technicians are obviously highly trained and experienced. Sales department is no pressure and provided thorough information on products, installation and pricing. more

Don’t bother looking elsewhere. This crew is caring, decent, professional, timely, and knowledgeable. They showed me the damage and took pictures to ensure that I didn’t feel that they were taking advantage of me. Service time was prompt and communication was steady and consistent. Finished product was clean and perfect, pricing could not be compared to others. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND TRUSTWORTHY. Already sang their praise to my family and co-workers. Took away a lot of the pain of having a new furnace installed. more

Review Joeoc Rowan 10/8/2017

Joe Rowan was our Service Technician for our bi-annual heating review conducted on 6 Oct. Joe was able to arrive early which we readily agreed to. Joe has serviced our residence previously. He went immediately to the tasks involved. Checking everything necessary. Pulled the blower housing so he could get inside the housing to examine the heat exchanger to insure there were no cracks. There were none. Installed a new filter and also removed the old pre-filters in the old electronic cleaner. This unit is no longer used. This helped increase the intake air volumn. Joe also removed the wiring associated with the old unit. After Joe was happy with all the readings, he closed up the unit and a test run was conducted. Everything was operating properly. As always, Joe left the place cleaner than when he started. He was quick and precise in his checks. We were very satisfied with his visit. Thanks Joe. more
