We had previously called the retailer from which the washer was purchased. They came out and immediately began to 'sell' us on replacing the 14-month old washer. I called the manufacturer who recommended Service Care. Craig, our technician came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as needing a few minor adjustments...no parts were required. repair man arrived on time however the part had to be ordered. it took a week to get the tv repaired. overall it was a fair experience RESPONSE FROM Service Care, Inc.: It's true, we did have to order a part. Actually, that's pretty normal. These days it's impossible to keep any but the most common parts in stock because there are hundreds of models, and each one has it's own unique parts (and many of them are not serviceable at the component level, which is a shame). I did a review of the timeline of your repair, and it definitely took longer than normal to get your parts, but also the time it took us to schedule the return visit was higher than I like to see. I'm very sorry about that, and will do what I can to look for improvements. Turn-around-time on a repair is a very important part of making sure you're satisfied with the repair. I'm glad the repair was under warranty, but I'm not happy with the speed of the repair. I want to thank you for bringing this to our attention so that we can try our best to get it done right. Repair of Burner 2/1/2012

The front burner on our new glass top stove stopped working a few weeks after installed. It was under warranty and manufacturer referred us to Service Care. They did a great job and provided professional service. They arrived when they said they would too, which is a plus. more
