Brian Servatius has been a practicing attorney in Hayward since 1972. His legal staff consists of his two daughters,Jenny and Emily – which makes their law office a true family practice! Brian is a graduate of Santa Clara University,was class valedictorian and obtained his law degree from the University of California,Berkeley,Boalt Hall School of Law. Brian has a thorough knowledge of the bankruptcy laws,especially based on his many years of practical experience. He decided to specialize in consumer bankruptcy because it was a “helping” area of the law,which could be utilized to better the lives of individuals and families.  Brian and his daughters are friendly individuals and desire to make you less fearful of the bankruptcy process. We pride ourselves on attention to detail,making sure that your bankruptcy papers are professionally prepared and accurate. We attempt to charge reasonable fees and are flexible in arranging the payment of those fees. The bankruptcy proceeding requires you to attend one short hearing in the Federal Building in Oakland. Brian personally attends this hearing with you and does not send another person. Our office is not a bankruptcy mill. Every year,more than half of our new clients are referred to us by former clientele.
