SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!! 4/9/2011

This spa is not all it is cracked up to be. The staff, especially the front desk or reception area, seems unorganized, outdated and very cluttered. Services are overpriced for what you ACTUALLY receive. To put it simply I was not impressed and disappointed. Oh, and there is a strange smell too. Somewhat like mold or mildew mixed in with some kind of cheap aromatherapt scent that smells more like lemon Pine-Sol. Yuck!!!! more

Awesome experience 2/2/2011

One of the best day spa experiences of my life. The staff was professional, the massage from Leah was heavenly and totally relaxing. Jessica's facial was just what I needed after a long week. I really want to thank everyone there for making me feel so great. more

The absolute best place to go get pampered. Nothing relaxes me more than a trip to the spa. Serenity is absolutely my favorite place to de-stress. Everyone is so nice and they go out of there way to make you comfortable. I highly recommend one of Brandi's facials. She is the best. I recently had the chocolate facial mask and my skin has never felt so wonderful. It's been over two weeks and it feels as if I just had a facial. I also go there for manicures and pedicures and have never been disappointed. Everyone should treat themselves to one of their spa pedicures. I recommend Tiffany or Renee, both are very good at what they do and you will feel so relaxed when you leave. Always make sure that you book your next appointment with them before you leave. SERENITY WAS THE BEST DAY SPA I HAVE BEEN TOO. THE FRONT DESK WAS SO HELPFUL AND I WAS TREATED LIKE A QUEEN ALL DAY. I REALLY APPRECIATE HOW KRISTA AND THE REST OF THE FRONT DESK STAFF ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WHEN I CALLED AND GOT ME IN FOR ALL MY SERVICES. MY FAVORITE PART OF MY SPA DAY WAS MY FACIAL WITH BRANDI. SHE IS THE BEST!!! I HAVE HAD MANY FACIALS ACCROSS THE STATES, AND SHE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST. HER HANDS ARE MAGICAL. SHE IS SO TALENTED AND GIFTED. YOU MUST SEE HER, DON'T SETTLE FOR ANYONE ELSE. MAKE SURE YOU REQUEST HER ONLY TO DO YOUR SKIN SERVICES. I HAVE BEEN TO ALL THE SPAS IN THE MID-SOUTH, AND SERENITY IS THE BEST!!!!! YOU WILL BE SO RELAXED AND PAMPERED WHEN YOU LEAVE. I AM GOING TO SEND ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS THERE!!! Great customer service 4/17/2008

Every time is an awesome experience at Serenity Day Spa. When I leave I can't wait to until my next visit. The staff is very personable and professional. I enjoy the peace (serenity) not available at other spas in the area. The signature facial is an absolute must for your skin and the experience is a treat for your well being. I totally love it! I have used several of the services at Serenity Day Spa and have never been disappointed - it's all great! So treat yourself to a little Serenity - today! You will be glad you did. Bad Experience 4/4/2008

My wife and I were given a gift certificate for the Couples Escape Massage for a Christmas present. This was our first-time massage, and we were not pleased with our experience. Pros: We did not have to pay due to a gift certificate! Cons: Everything! more

needs new front desk personel 3/22/2008

i have been to many spas in my day and i must say the front desk staff here needs to be retrained -- from the moment i called i should have known when they kept putting me on hold and not able to answer all my questions that there was gonna be some issues. when i arrived they rushed me around and barley payed any attention to the customers in the spa it was just the most unorganized, stressful spa day ever. step it up!!!! Lift your spirits, relax your mind, and leave with glowing skin! 1/15/2008

Where do I begin? First, I am not a girly-girl. I don't have a "beauty regimen". But I do go to Serenity Day Spa for facials by Brandi Jo Brown!!! It is out of character for me to spend money on this type of service - just not "me" - or at least it wasn't me. Now, I'm at the spa 1-2 times a month for a facial. Brandy's skill is amazing! By the time I leave, I am totally relaxed, rejuvenated, and my spirits are lifted! Oh, and my skin looks and feels FANTASTIC! My make-up looks better (when I wear it) and my friends have noticed a difference in my skin. After taking advantage of Brandy's great facials, I decided to try a manicure. Toni is great! I've been to her a couple of times and have decided to budget for mani-pedis in 2008! The whole staff and the entire place is just terrific! I wouldn't go anywhere else for spa services in the Memphis area now that I've been to Serenity - thanks Brandi!!!! Pros: The "spa water" is delicious! Cons: There is only one Brandi Jo Brown!!! Put your best face forward! 1/13/2008

Brandi Brown was highly recommended by my mother and brother. After hearing the raving reviews, I had to book an appointment. She custom designed a facial to fit my specific needs for my skin type. After the relaxing facial and a pain-free waxing...I was more than satisfied. Brandi introduced me to the Jane Iredale mineral make-up. I am always trying out different cosmetics to find the best coverage. I was very skeptical at first...but this make-up is the best ever! I am so happy. Brandi's make-up is always looking so great and now I know why! Jane Iredale mineral make-up. You can schedule your make-up session and get a new look! Finally, while in the waiting room I met a woman who highly recommended the seaweed scrub/bath. She liked it so much she made her fiance do it! That is next on my list to schedule with Brandi! Pros: At Serenity...it's all about YOU! Cons: That I can't go every day! more

Best Spa I have found in the Memphis area! 1/10/2008

I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to have a relaxing day to forget all of your worries. The spa has such a relaxing atmosphere, and I have not met an unfriendly staff member there. Stacy at the front desk is so nice and helpful. The facials from Brandi are phenomenal. She has a way of making you feel wonderful from head to toe. She has magic hands. I have also had waxes and sun glitzing done by Brandi. She is amazing! Toni gives a great pedicure and manicure also. I also enjoy sitting and chatting with her. I give Serenity Day Spa my highest recommendation. more

Brandi is the best! I cannot rave about her more than enough! If you have never had a facial... your first should be with Brandi... you'll want one once a month after that! You get the best service at Serenity... from the moment you book till the time you walk out their doors. They treat you like the pampered person you deserve to be! They cater to individuals, couples, friends and parties! I've even had my bridal shower there.... wow!!!! Pros: Best Day Spa in Memphis! Brandi Jo for the BEST Facial 8/28/2007

I can't get enough! Seriously I have been from California to Paris, France and so many places in between but never had a better experience than with Brandi Jo at Serenity Day Spa. I'm now a regular and if you call and she is booked, ask to be put on her waiting list. She works like crazy to make sure that anyone that asks for her gets her. She is the lead facialist for that very reason. Sweet, beautiful, and talented! I have also had waxing done by this fabulous woman and she is so gentle I couldnt believe and ahve very little if any irritation. WONDERFUL! Also endulge in a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure is to die for and can't be beat especially in Memphis. Go see the ladies at Serenity Day Spa. You won't regret it. Pros: atmosphere is so relaxing and very intimate with a wide range of services at great prices Cons: Honestly the only con I can think of is that there is only one Brandi Jo. She's the best! more

Best massage 11/3/2006

I travel a ton and I have been to every fancy spa across this country and the massage I received at Serenity was the BEST massage I have ever had. The ladies there are incredibly nice and the prices are very reasonable. I can't rate any other services, but if you are looking for a great massage -- then Serenity is worth the drive. Pros: Service, Price, Atmosphere (especially upstairs) Cons: Not located in Memphis more
