Shocked by blow dry charge $$ 11/8/2011

I have been a Sereni regular and really like their colorists and experienced stylists. I went in recently for a quick color (no cut) and was charged $25 for a blow dry. I have short hair so it took not even 5 minutes to dry! Sereni should think more about pleasing their customers than their bottom line. more

Excellent Service 10/1/2011

I dropped by the salon earlier in the day to pick up some hair products. While in the salon, I asked if they had any "last minute appointments" for a manicure and pedicure. I was able to get in that afternoon. Wanessa is phenominal! My hands and feet never looked better and I was so relaxed. Best 90 minutes I've spent on myself in a very long time!! Can't wait to go back! more

The experience itself was very pleasant and Kellie was fantastic, but the polish is a bit bumpy in spots, maybe because of a bubbles or problems drying. If the polish had turned out perfectly, this would have been an excellent experience. Maybe next time! more
