Is this a walk in only clinic? No body will answer the phone. I've left 5 messages and still no call back either. What's the deal here? more

Here's a tip! Get new office staff! The physician is great - everyone else leaves everything to be desired! more

Affordable Medical Care 5/31/2011

I have gone to this clinic a few times now and the APRN Robert Gneiting is SO nice! He really takes the time to try to find out your symptoms and he genuinely seems to care. I have honestly never had a doctor spend more than 10 minutes with me before they are rushing me out the door and this certainly isn?t the case here. I was really blown away by the level of professionalism and care! On the downside; the office staff and medical assistants are not super friendly. The ladies at the front desk can be almost to the point of rude at times and seems their only concern is to get your money as soon as possible and send you on your way. They are very abrupt and always in a huge rush. I don?t think they necessarily intentionally mean to be rude, I think they are too unorganized and busy. (Almost seems chaotic at times) The medical assistants should show a little more empathy as they are in the medical field dealing with sick people. They don?t show any compassion really and at times it almost seems as though you are making their day a bad one just by being there. It feels awkward and uncomfortable at times because they are so cold and unfriendly! They also seem a little inexperienced and every time I have had to have my blood taken my arm is a bruised mess. Also the location is kind of a pain to get into however I have heard they are moving which will be a great help! All in all this is a good place to go especially if you are uninsured. The doctor will try to only take tests that are absolutely necessary and will try to save you as much money as possible. more

A Godsend 7/29/2010

I had the most pleasant experience at this clinic. Being uninsured for the first time ever, I can say that what I paid out of pocket for exam, labs and xrays is no more than I would have paid out of pocket with Altius (what I thought was an excellent plan, when I had it). Not only that but I wasn't treated as though I were a marginalized member of society by these people. I was treated as a customer should have been treated and received far more positive attention that I ever received at Olympus Clinic -- a clinic that I and my family used as our health care provider for close to 20 years! This is the first time I have ever written a review on this website -- and I hope my doing so doesn't make Seraphine Clinic so popular that it becomes difficult to be seen; I really must compliment them on their wonderful service! Pros: Friendly, attentive staff, reasonable prices, clean Cons: none... more

Great for uninsured 7/16/2010

I lost my job and with insurance with it. When I needed to see a doctor I called 7 different places all telling me they would not take new uninsured patients. I found one other place that would take uninsured patients but the wait list was 2 months long. I call Seraphine Clinic and had an appointment scheduled the next day. I went in and had to fill out the standard medical history forms and then Dr Gneiting asked for more detailed information when I was in the exam room. I felt well taken care of and received the treatment I needed. The whole thing cost me the amount of my co-pay on my old insurance and I didn't have to dispute the bill with anyone. Pros: Easy to get appointment, Take uninsured more

Affordable quality 1/9/2009

I had a good experience here. They made a same day new patient appointment. The cost was about half of what I would have paid at other doctors or clinics. The facility is new and clean and the staff was friendly. I would have given 5 stars if they would have seen me at my appointment time, rather than taking their walk-in patients first. more

Waste of my time and money!!! 7/17/2007

I chose this clinic because I have no health insurance. There website made them sound like they understand the cost of health care and care about there patients. I have been progressively sick for weeks. I missed 4 days of work so decided to get help. The staff seemed more interested in getting my payment and sending me on my way than taking a complete medical history and listening to my symptoms. I was told to use home remedies or over the counter treatments and then if that didn't work come back. So, in other words do what you have been doing that didn't work or come back and give us more money. The result I am still sick and feeling more miserable. I guess I will have to go somewhere more expensive but more professional to get help. Pros: Clean and easy to find. more
