This is THE BEST mexican in Palm Beach county. I live in Delray and we have been going here for years. The menu is simple, and the cooking is fresh, healthy, homemade style mexican. Our favorite dish is the Carne Asada, it's like buttery soft. And I love the Tacos asada. Salad is great too, and you'll love the green creamy dressing. Love this place,It's small and intimate thanks! more

I didn't know Bland and Mexican had a child together until I went to this place. Small indoor space so we were forced to eat at the bartop on saddle stools. VERY meager menu, see their website. This is the 1st time I have had tortilla chips that were oily. The salsa of limp tomatoes and tired onions, tasted surprisingly "similar" to the jarred stuff found at the dollar store. \r Though the pork quesedillas were rated highly by hubby, my chicken verde burrito was, tasteless albeit green.\r \r Margaritas were served in martini glasses but good. Not sure how this place stays afloat in the epitome of Class that is Downtown Delray. more

All these reviewers must be working for the restaurant. This was the most tasteless meal I've had since moving to Florida. Good service but unseasoned lazy food. more

Awesome Mexican food! The padilla burrito was legendary. I asked for it spicy and they delivered in spades. more

You have not had true Mexican until you have had Senior Burrito. Do you like Mole sauce, if you don't know then you haven't had it - go now and have it. Mole verde is the greatest, homemade concoction this regional oasis has to offer and it is worth the trip, the wait, the price and the feeling of completion you will feel as you wipe your mouth for the last time and relinquish your utensils.\r GO NOW more

Great Valued Mexican Spot! 7/1/2006

Food is delicious in this hidden Mexican gem located two blocks South of Atlantic Avenue. Peter Troup plays on Thursday to Saturday nights and does a great job playing covers of anything you ask of him. The steak or chicken salad is delicious with their homeade dill dressing. Guacamole is excellent, and the spicy jalapeno green sauce on the side is incredible. They only have refried beans and no black beans which I regret. Their flan is a excellent desert, and the Margaritas are tasty whether frozen or on the rocks. Drink specials are $3 margaritas Thursday nights! The price is right, and the food is fantastic. You can try Las Fajitas in Boca as a sister restaurant. There is another one which I forget the name of. Check it out! Pros: Live Music on weekend nights, price, large portions Cons: No black beans, hard to find, small space more
