Select Physical Therapy's Palo Alto clinic is located in the heart of downtown Palo Alto, close to Stanford University. A dedicated staff of five physical therapists, two physical therapy assistants, and one exercise physiologist are here to provide a positive and supportive therapy experience. The staff is led by center manager Francis Salud, DPT, and has been treating patients at its current location since 2008. The clinic is located on the corner of Forest Avenue and Cowper Street.
