I am 2 credits away from having a Marketing Administration associate's degree, but when I applied for clerical or secretarial work through Seek, they stated that I was not experience enough for any of the jobs they had available, and that the only jobs I was qualified for were foundry work. I was very surprised to hear that, especially with all of the administrative classes I have already taken in school, plus my prior job experiences. I feel that Seek has the standards set up too high that if you are looking for work through them, you need lengthy experience (at least over 10 years, since i have almost 10) or you will be doing the dirty work. When I called to talk about the positions, the person I spoke with told me she preferred that I correspond through email instead of tying up the phones. This is not ideal for me, since I had many questions and wanted to be able to sit and chat with someone, rather than write an email. Overall, I was not very satisfied with the service or the offe
