Timothy Perozek, MD is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist who is in his 8th year in private practice. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN, where he majored in philosophy and premed, the University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo, OH where he was a recipient of many awards, as well as the Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Institute in Denver, CO, where he served as chief ophthalmology resident his last year. He was the first Las Vegas physician to implant Alcon's Toric Intraocular Lens and is a clinical faculty member at Touro University. He is also the co-author for the online textbook chapter "Lasik" on eMedicine.com. His new ophthalmology practice SEE RIGHT NOW with TIMOTHY PEROZEK, MD is located in the medical office building on the campus of the Summerlin Hospital. He is happily married to his grade school sweetheart Karin. They live with their 8 year old Neopolitan Mastiff. He also enjoys educating the community about ocular health, the aging of eyes and prevention of diabetic and glaucoma blindness. He enjoys hiking, reading with his Amazon Kindle, cooking, and 3-D art work.
