mice droppings 2/1/2011

The staff was friendly, however now that we no longer have a use for the storage and are moving things out we noticed that there is Mice DROPPINGS all over our things.. i thought storage units were suppossed to be well maintained and traps or whatever should be laid out to prevent this mess... at least that what we were told upon signing up for this place... and now random markings on our stuff as well what a joke. more

5 star storage 4/24/2008

THis was my first storage experience and the people at this security public storage center were very knowledgeable and friendly. I received stellar service. Considering I heard numerous storage related horror-stories, I was a bit worried.....But, after leaving this facility I never feel like I have anything to worry about. My items are safe, and my bill can be paid 3 ways....its fast and easy to do! more

The best in customer care 7/17/2006

I went to a few places to check out storage units. First I called around and did an internet search with a call back number; the first person to call me back was Richard and Kathleen Welch. He asked what I was looking for and notified me of all the benefits and discounts for their units. Pros: Managers live on site Cons: No late gate hours more
