I also felt manipulated in paying regular price despite presenting my Groupon. Had no problem using it for a massage and was so impressed with the atmosphere and the service, decided to become a regular customer. Bought another Groupon for a mini mani- pedi- and every time I tried to redeem it for a Saturday (I work long hours during the week) was told everything was booked before the person I spoke to even looked at her appointment book. Finally made an appointment for a Tuesday but could not get out of work so cancelled the day before and rebooked at the same time. It was finally on a Saturday, (the very next Saturday, which ""miraculously"" was open, but guess what, had to pay the regular price because the coupon by than was expired! I am sure that this was planned and I was manipulated all along to pay the regular price. When I complained I was told that it was my fault for ""waiting until the last minute"" and that she :does ""not make the rules; only works there."" Obviously, I will never step foot in this place again. As the saying goes: ""Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me,"" which will never happen. Bottom Line: There are many unethical businesses out there. Buyer Beware.
