Sebring's service department provided me with an outstanding tire at the best price. The service department completed the work promptly and much to my surprise, remembered that I had mentioned needing an oil change. That too was done using my preferred oil. They also provided transportation to and from my dentist. More bang for my buck! more

I have been a customer of Sebring West Automotive Center for a very long time. I was even with them at their previous location, and they have worked on all of the cars in my family. They have worked on everything, including classic cars like old El Caminos, Jaguars, Infinitis, and Mercedes. I am thoroughly satisfied with their work. They are not the cheapest, but they are reasonable and honest. I have investments and renters, and one of the things I judge tenants by is their honesty. Sebring West Automotive consistently passes that test. They do good work, but a lot of people do good work. The standards to judge people by are not just the work, but if they deliver it on time and what they do when they make a mistake. If Sebring makes a mistake, they stand behind their work, fix it, and don't charge me. I think my experience with them speaks loudly. I have a lot of people in my family, and a lot of acquaintances, who all use Sebring Automotive. When I am asked for a good repair service I refer them to Sebring, because I know my reputation is on the line as well. more

So if you happened to see my review of ANOTHER automotive place in Central CA, you may realize I'm gunshy to bring my car in when I'm having a problem. Not anymore! When my Corsica was stalling, I took it to Sevring West and told them how I'd been taken advantage of by another repair shop. They were HORRIFIED! They took my car for a test drive, and asked if they could keep it until they got it to act up. In a few short hours, they diagnosed the problem (stuck solenoid), explained to me what it was and how it worked. And charged me all of $50! Well worth it!
