If you are reading this you are probably a victim of the Herrera family through one of there TV repair stores. Through a series of TV repair stores Edwin Herrera and his wife Reina Herrera along with some of their kids have victimized many people.\r \r The Herrera's are from Honduras. I don't know if they are here legally. They use aliases such as Roger Tajada and David Rosales.\r \r The Herrera family's business model is to move the company to a new rented location and change its name when the company gets a sufficiently bad reputation and load of outstanding court judgments against it. Tetesystems Electronics became Delta TV Repair. Delta TV Repair then became Seattle TV Repair, Inc.\r \r Understand that you are already a victim. There is nothing you can do for yourself. Even if you sue and win a judgment, as I did, they will just not pay you. This may come as a surprise to you, but they don’t have to.\r \r The best you can do is notifying the Better Business Bureau to help warn others from also being victimized. I no longer see any point in notifying the office of the Attorney General.\r more

For those that wish to follow up his real name id David Rosales not ""Roger""\r He ;lives in Marysville and according to records the address he has listed has been fore closedon by a lende in San Diego. Hard to believe given all the money he stole!!\r JK more

Please contact the Attorney Generals Office regarding Seattle TV Repair. I have already done this and they are compiling reports. Seattle TV Repair returned our TV still broken with the promise to refund our money of $385.00 in March and we still have not received our $$. We need to hold them accountable. more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It took them 7 months to fix my TV. I was told 3 weeks, several calls to them with no return calls. Extremely bad customer service!!! I would NOT recommend this company! more

DO NO USE THIS SERVICE. Our 46” Samsung LCD died last March 2012 and we decided to see if it was repairable since it cost us SO much and it was only 6 years old! Roger came to the house and said he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was and he took our $599 and our TV. Fast forward 15 months later! Nada. We knew after 3 months that this was going to be a train wreck and bought a new TV. I continued to call at least a couple of times a month and rarely got a call back. In the end I just wanted him to admit that he couldn’t fix or didn’t even have the TV any longer. I figured I’d fight for the 50% labor refund I was supposedly able to recover according to the contract. The number is now disconnected and I suspect he’s gone belly up. Good riddance. more

DO NOT USE this company. My plazas lost its picture. I read some reviews and called Roger at Seattle TV Repair. Roger quickly arrived and assessed my tv said it needs a new power supply. Roger said he could fix in 1-3 weeks. Roger charged me over 500. That same day Roger charged the full amount on my credit card. Month later after multiple phone calls Roger said that he has replaced multiple panels and has determined it needs a new power supply. He would have to order part. Month later part was installed and still did not fix the tv. Roger called tech support at Panasonic and determined power supply was bad. Panasonic said they would send him another on. Roger tld me the tv would be ready for delivery in a week. A month later I texted Roger telling him Happy 3 month anniversary on repairing my tv. I told him that his contract is void that I wanted him to deliver my tv back with a full refund. Roger texted he was in a meeting. This happened too many times to list. Finally he calls and said he surrenders he put the new part in and still did not fix. He said I was a very patient customer and he would refund my repair and return my tv. He said he would not be able to do this until Saturday. I went down to my local Video Only and Charles hooked me up with a 55 inch plasma with a huge discount. I told him about Seattle TV Repair and he said he has heard similar stories regarding Roger. Saturday come I text Roger that I need him to deliver the TV by 10a that I had plans. Roger calls and said he could not deliver until early afternoon. I told him that was fine. Roughly at 2:00 Roger calls and said he found a new package at his home from Panasonic. He installed the part in my tv and magically the tv with a bad panel/board now works. I was very confused. His stories just did not add up. First the new part did not work and magically another new part shows up when he was supposed to be refunding my repair and the tv now works. Roger finally delivered my plasma at 7pm on Saturday. Nice thing it does work. The repair took over 3 months with over 50 texts and 30+ phone calls from me to Roger for updates hearing multiple stories. Stories that conflicted with one another. I think this guy goes out shows a very professional at your door to pick up your tv. Says it will be done in a couple of weeks and then the excuse games begin. Do not waste yor money or time with this guy or company. I give him a negative 10 star for his service. more

Stay away from this business! They've had my TV since Novemeber! Promised it would take only 10 days! Now, I'm a patient guy, but I know when I've been screwed!! Most times you do not receive call returns. I've contacted the police department because they still have my TV and the $350 deposit!! I've contacted the Better Business Bureau. I'll take them to Small Claims Court. It can not be a legitmate business, operating in this way! I've even asked to speak to the ""owner"" and was told I could not. Disgusting.... I can't even say it's a business!!!! more

I agree...Run from this company! We have had this problem on going since Feb 2013. When they took our TV to repair it, they said 1 1/2 weeks.... it is now almost the end of May....after 2 months of excuses why it was not finished, we got them to give us our TV back, but we still have not received the check for our refund, that we stupidly paid in full as Roger said this is how they do business. They cashed our check within 2 days, we even have a signed receipt saying they would pay us back before the end of April.... We are at our wits end, retired and needing the money that we paid them over 500 dollars! more

Horrible experience...Still do not have our tv back after 3 months....I am trying to help my 90 year old parents with this problem, but am not getting any results...Excuse after excuse, never show up with the TV after promising again and again they will be delivering the TV back to my parents..What a horrendous way to treat the elderly...I am beyond words and can only hope Karma is going to get them for ripping my parents off for over $500.00 and not giving them their TV back.... more

My Sad History With Seattle TV Repair, INC. 12/8/2012

10/09/2011 ??? I paid $1012.78 to Seattle TV Repair, INC. to fix my TV in two weeks as stated by Roger. I got the TV back two months later. It worked for six weeks and then began having the same problem I???d paid to be fixed. I couldn???t get the company to honor its advertized six-month warranty on parts and labor. \r \r 05/01/2012 ??? I went to small claims court and entered into a mediation agreement with Seattle TV Repair, INC. The company then failed to honor the mediation agreement.\r \r 08/16/2012 ??? I went to small claims court but Roger came and he wasn???t authorized to represent Seattle TV Repair, INC. So the case got rescheduled.\r \r 08/30/2012 ??? I went to small claims court again. Its owner, David Rosales, represented Seattle TV Repair, INC. I was awarded $1053.53. The case number is 124-02300.\r \r 10/19/2012 ??? RUN! DO NOT USE! This has by far been THE WORST experience of any service I've EVER done business with. I'm working on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They scheduled someone to come out and take our TV, said they would have no problem repairing it for a delivery about 6 business days later (this is aside from the fact that they completely missed their proposed window to show up, showing up 25 minutes after the end of the agreed slot). more

DO NOT USE this company....look up complaints on internet, there are tons!....The better business bureau shut it down once in Everett and they opened up a new one in woodinville. I sent in my TV because there was no power, they took way too long and when I got it back after 2 months! There was a huge burn in the pixels on it. The owner said it must of been on there when he picked it up! Comcast came out one day and told me that this is not a vizio screen...it had been switched out with another TV. So that is where ""the pixel burn"" came from! Run dont walk away from here! Beware.... more

RUN, unless you want to be without your TV for 3 weeks and treated poorly. They have no idea of what customer service is all about. Repeated promises to be there ""next week"" or ""tomorrow"" and excuse after excuse were the only answers we could get from them. They left a 4 minute missive on our phone telling us not to harass them ""they were busy"". Upon further investigation the City of Woodinville said they have no business license. In looking them up with the state, their license expired 10/1/12. I wonder why? more

Run Away! These guys are nice guys but not very useful. I gave them my device (a projector) and money for parts (dumb in hindsight). a month or so later the project wasn't fixed (they did tell me they couldn't fix it) but i still haven't gotten my refund after 8 months of calls. more

I suspect this fellow spends most of his time posting the good reviews that you see here on this site.\r \r My experience has been like so many of the BAD reviews: he took my TV and a hefty deposit, and did nothing. Eventually, I went and got my TV back, unfixed, and asked for a refund.\r \r It's been a month, and I've still not received a refund, and I'm proceeding into small claims action against the firm.\r \r While I was there picking up my TV, a couple showed up who also wanted their TV back.\r \r I took my TV to Teletron, and it was fixed in four days, at about half the cost of his "deposit."\r \r \r I'll update this as my action against him proceeds. more

Our 50" Sony Wega died on us on Saturday night. Roger came out by 8:30pm, Figured out what was wrong, and assured us we wouldnt miss the Seahawk playoff game the very next morning. He loaded up our tv in his van and we sat biting our nails wondering if he would follow through. The very next morning Roger showed up at our door. He couldnt get our television fixed in time, so brought us a loaner for the day that was just as nice as ours. We were able to watch the game without any hiccups and Roger promised we'd have our television back by Monday afternoon. He delivered, once again, as promised and we now have our tv back and it has never looked better!Very professional, honest and upfront. I would highly recommend Seattle TV Repair. Thank you Roger!
