I was very disgusted with my portrait experience. I scheduled a session for my 2 kids and arrived ten minutes early. Did I mention I was ontime, even early? Anyway, the photographer gave my slot to someone else who came in earlier than my early time. I waited for a half hour, but by that time my son was almost asleep and my daughter wanted to go home (you know little kids and their patience). I don't mind waiting, but I don't believe my scheduled time should have been given to someone else. If that is the case, why bother with scheduling at all? I will never return to Sears Portrait studio. Pay a little extra and get a real photographer who is professional.
