Absolutely rude people working there, they are trained to be polite for new customers but when picking up or need some help they become their own self. I would never go there again ever. more

Terrible customer service!!! Very obnoxious and unaccommodating. Very disappointing. They refuse to comply with simple requests such as looking up a pair of frames in their system. They don't know their own promotions. They yelled at us and refused to help us! more
