I researched customer reviews on Sears site and called in to order 4 new tires to be installed on my car. They took my order alright, but when I came at the agreed time they had only 3 tires in spite their promise to hold it for me. Needless to say I was pretty upset so they offered different, more expensive tires. Isn't it called bate and switch? Anyway I do not buy anything without researching customer reviews first. From now on Sears does not exist as far as I am concerned.
