Carpet cleaning 12/31/2016

Quick and efficient, but we have allergies and although we were told that the cleaner was unscented, we still smelled something perfume-like which bothered us for a few hours. As soon as the carpet was dry we were pleased with the results and the scent disappeared. This is the second time we have used Sears for our carpet and will probably choose them again. more

HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS SERVICE 12/13/2016

Abel & Kurt came over to steam clean and protect the bedroom carpeting upstairs and two area rugs downstairs. Making the 30 mile trip to my home they arrived within the first third of the expected time frame. They immediately proceeded to the work at hand and did a thorough job of removing spots and soil marks from our carpet and rugs. They were extremely polite and personable and offered tips on care and maintenance. They introduced to me to other services that they provide and I was happy to know that I can turn to them for these as well. Also, when booking the service Larry was very easy to talk to and made me understand what the web-site couldn't. Very happy with the service and the price. Highly recommended. more

Sears cleaned my ceramic tile like new! 11/11/2016

Damon from Sears Carpet Cleaning came this morning to clean and seal the ceramic tile floor in my kitchen. The floor is 20 years old and the grout was very soiled and discolored. After the cleaning and sealing, my floor looks amazing - the grout is back to its original color! Damon did a wonderful job - he was professional, courteous, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I will definitely recommend Sears (and Damon) to my friends and family! more

Upholstery cleaning 9/30/2016

I have used Sears for upholstery cleaning twice now, and both times they did an awesome job. The guys are always polite and friendly, they don't try to push you into services you don't need, and they get in and out fast while still doing a thorough job. The prices are great, much lower then some of the other steamer services. more

Thorough and Professional Service 9/6/2016

Rubin and Julio were very respectful and exhibited a caring and a professional attitude as they thoroughly cleaned every inch of my sofa, love seat, and two recliners. They explained their cleaning process and educated my wife and me about the cleaning solution they used, In addition, they helped me to move my couch and love seat into our living room. They are a great team. more

Upholstery Cleaning and Bathroom Tile Cleaning 8/17/2016

Team Reuben and CJ did a really nice job! We are very pleased with how they worked together to clean our furniture. They also did a nice job with cleaning up the area. We had gotten our furniture cleaned by SEARS 3 years ago and continue to be pleased with this service. For the first time, we had our bathroom tiles cleaned. We are happy with the end result.
