Never go to the Saginaw, MI store!!!! Total rip off. Prices are higher than competitors, and obviously the competitors train their employees. I took my vehicle in to Sears to have a flat tire fixed. They also rotated the tires. I drove less than 5 miles and the center cap fell off of my wheel, hit my car and dented it and the tire went flat again. I returned to the store and the manager told me the technician should have done a better job putting the tire back on. Really? Isnt this what they do all day every day?? The manager said he would find a replacement and would call me in a couple days. A week goes by and I didnt hear anything from the manager. I left several messages for him but no return call. Finally, another guy from Sears calls and says how he has been in the auto business for years and can find a center cap for me. Turns out, that center cap is impossible to find. He offers to refund what I paid (gee, thanks). Never heard from him again either. So, I take my car to another place and they fix the tire. Apparently Sears NEVER even tried to fix my flat!! I ended up having to buy all new wheels because I could not find a center cap. In all, going to Sears cost me over $600 to do what their competitors charge $19 for!!
