It has been brought to my attention that there is a negative review of our business on your website.
I am not sure who the customer/potential customer might have been, but his/her claim is absolutely fatuous. We repair a large number of customers' electronics on an ongoing basis where it is practical and cost effective.
It is true, that should there have been water ingress or thunder & lightning damage to equipment, our advise is ALWAYS to replace rather than attempt a repair that cannot be warranted. This is for the protection of the customer and is an industry accepted practice. It is also an accepted philosophy within the insurance industry.
I feel that it is wrong for you to permit distorted and outright incorrect reviews to be aired over the internet without the opportunity being given to the subject of the complaint to put forward their point of view and an account of what transpired. This is particularly true when these reviews are anonymous and there is no potential to bridge the gap between the complainant and the company involved by establishing dialog.
