Michelle came into my home, pointing out every thing that needed to be cleaned and told me exactly what needed to be done and also pointed out that my windows need to be done as well. I hired her with the intention that my home would be cleaned exactly how she told me it would. I came home and there was dust exactly where she pointed it out, windows were streaked, and I was very unhappy!!! She came back the next day and fixed some things but other things remained the same. The bill that I paid was not worth the work that was performed. Next time I will do it myself. She sells herself well, but does not perform well at all!!!
Cons: Does not back up what she says!
