Ordered flowers for my mother in law who is in the hospital. After I completed my order online, paid for it and recieved an email confirmation, I was called and told they don't have that item. Every time I asked the employee a question, she would just put me on hold and not even say please hold. Very rude! Not to mention, she should have known the answers to my questions. I told them to just cancel my order and requested an email stating that. I was told they couldn't send me any proof of cancellation!!! What? I will now go and order flowers from someone else even though they are down the street from the hospital that my mother in law is in. Thanks for nothing, I'm very disappointed.
Pros: Only one I see is they are close to Whittier Medical Center
