A year ago I would have told you the business Scott and Suzette conduct is friendly, affordable and reliable. This was when Scott had another employee working for him. Ever since Ryan has been there it has been nothing but unprofessional, inconsistent and just another scamming mechanic shop. We bring several cars there and were prepared to bring them much more business as we just got 2 new ones and were also in the works of doing some other work to vehicles they have seen previously. We have brought in the same car for the same problem twice and brought it in again today for the third time. When it was dropped off it was asked of them to call us first before they do anything as we had already paid to have the problem fixed and wanted to make sure this would be under warranty of it. It is a frustrating situation and I'm sure it came across that way as we've had the same problem with other vehicles they've worked on. Needless to say, Ryan just called us and broke up with us as their client giving no reason and just said they didn't want to work on it any longer or to have us be their client. I cannot believe the rudeness of this company and am absolutely beside myself as I've recommended people to bring their cars into Scott and have talked about what a good guy he is. If he doesn't know Ryan did this, now he does. It is amazing to think a business can treat their clients like this and get away with it. Guess that's Aspen for ya. \r \r If you have any other options, do NOT work with Scottomotive! They are just as bad as their mechanic neighbor, Aspen Total Automotive. more
