Scott was born and raised in Dayton, OH. At the age of 14, he began working with his father's roofing and siding company. Applying what his father taught him, he quickly fell in love with the trade. In 1999, Scott opened Scott Bauer Roofing and Siding in Kettering, OH. Scott dedicates his success in this business to his father because he taught him everything about hard work, roofing, siding, and making his customers happy.
