I wish every place i did business was like Scoot Richmond. I cant be more impressed by the owner Chelsea. Her patience, and care for client service is unmatched. She has guided me through all my purchases and made sure she understood me and my needs before offering several alternatives. She has never guided me wrong. And she forgets nothing...when you walk in she remembers what scoot i bought, my helmet model, and all the different things we talked about, and she always has a smile on her face. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Scoot Richmond for a great selection, superior knowledge on scooter specific products, and perfect before and after care. This place loves scooters, it is their life, and it shows. more

super helpful staff, large selection of reliable scooters 2/13/2009

Excellent selection of scooters in stock. Knowledgeable staff helped me pick the scooter that is right for my needs, rather than pointing me at the most expensive bikes. Much nicer people than at the motorcycle shop, where I was treated like a nuisance instead of a potential customer. I did my research before buying, and I was impressed that Scoot didn't have any low quality junk scooters. ewverything has a really good warranty. Pros: Selection, knowledge, cool riding gear, fast service department Cons: Not the cheapest game in town, but you really do get what you pay for! more
