Hi ya'll Me and my family have been using this company for years! They are always polite, and professional. They always do a great job. I decided to yelp them because of my last experience I called for a leaking shower valve last week and it wasnt really an emergency but, I'm the type that doesnt want to waste any water... lol (I know weird right?) I called them at 5pm I asked if there was anyway they could get out to my house that same night ... They said it shouldnt be a problem. The girl I spoke with looked up my info and saw that I was a repeat cusotmer and told me they would get someone out to my house in 60 min. I was so happy. The gentlemen who came out was peter he has been to my property many times... I was so happy because they knew to send him, he knows my property very well! He was well informed of what was going on and already had the parts ready gave me a great price and fixed it. I really love the way they take care of me and my family. They excel in customer service. Its like they are one step ahead of all other companies. Not just this visit but with every visit I have had with them. They are great! more

Recently I had a back up in my kitchen, I had multiple plumbers come out; And they all told me I need to replace my entire kitchen line for an enormous amount of money. I felt a little awkward that someone could come into my house and in a period of 30 minutes charge me over $8000.00 !!!? So I went on Google and keyed in plumbing companies. I then found Schuelke Plumbing. These men walked into my home put covers on their feet, were well dressed, and very well mannered. They took their time to diagnose the problem and kept me informed every step of the way. They told me I needed some sort of water blasting and that would solve all my problems, the guys only charged me $250.00 and gave me a 1 year warranty. I now have a plumbing company for life. The best suggestion to others is to definately shop around when looking to get work done... And Schuelke Plumbing is the company you will end up going with Guaranteed !! more

It was 2 am on saturday and we had a broken pipe in our wall leaking like crazy we didnt know what to do so I called this company and they listened to what was going on and instructed me over the phone how to shut off our water... well... it turns out that the pipe wasnt to our unit it was to our neighbors ( I live in an apartment building)so we knocked on our neighbors door and we told them what was going on then we showed them how to shut off our water the young lady we spoke with then guaranteed a call back from an actual plumbing technician in the next 5 min and like clockwork we got a phone call from a technician his name was Sergio he was a really nice guy he was ready to go out to our unit and neighbors unit right then and there I was shocked... we didnt want him to come out at that time of night. So we asked if he could be out there next morning he said absolutely. We scheduled it for the morning he came out and fixed the problem and had patchwork done for us the next day to make sure everything looked great. Thank you very much guys you guys are so great and the really show 24 hour service! more

I have a couple of homes and just purchased an older house that needs a lot of repairs, one of those fixer uppers! I have been using Schuelke for years, they are the most reliable, honest, and trustworthy company out there! Not only do they handle plumbing they do remodeling as well and do beautiful work! All my friends and family use Schuelke too... The twins Jimmy and Dave are great guys! Well the whole staff are real great, I've had the pleasure to meet different plumbers throughout the years when they have come to service my home on numerous occassions! That's the great thing about this company they really make sure their customers are taken care of and really like to make sure they do everything to help and make the customer happy! They also make sure that the job is done right the first time everytime! Thank you guys for such great service! They are definately going to keep busy with me and my family/friends... more

Schuelke Plumbing is the best and now has a life long customer... I had them out to my home about a month or so ago... As I was losing it over the phone she calmed me down, collected my information and quickly connected me with a technician who instructed me over the phone on how to shut off the water to my kitchen sink so I could stop my leak that was flooding my kitchen. I was then promised a 60-90 min arrival time and luckily my technician showed up in 45 min. I was so relieved and amazed at how important customer care is to this company compared to other companies I have used previously. Also the technician gave me a free estimate and not only that gave me two options on what could be done to resolve the problem and gave me a 1yr warranty. They are very well priced. I must say, I really like these guys. I have had a few plumbers in my life service my homes and Schuelke plumber Mark has been by far the best that I have come across. They really care about how you feel as the customer, they sincerely want you pleased, and I must say and that is why I'm taking my time to write this review.I am beyond pleased, they were fantastic. more

The work done on my home was done immaculately by Schuelke. The minute the plumbers arrived to do the work they were fully prepared and ready. No time was wasted, the drain and water pipes are all brand new and flowing just perfectly. Great team, Great company!! more

I found Schuelke plumbing to be the best priced as well as offer the best service. I had my sewer redone by them,and they were 20% cheaper and found them to have better quality than the others.The work was done clean and on time. more

Early New Year's Eve, we returned home from a long day at the zoo. As I was pulling into the garage, I was careless and drove over one of my sprinkler values. The value was destroyed and water filled my front yard. Since my sprinklers were cut right into my water main, I had to shot off the water main. As a result, I had no water to the house. So, I called a Schuelke Plumbing who has worked on my house in the past. They told me that it would cost $200 just to show up at the house. I said I didn't care and told them to come over. He asked where I was located and said that he would need to call me back. When he did call he said that they didn't service my area. I told him that this wasn't correct because they had been to my house a number of times in the past. Then he told me that they were just too busy. I understand it was New Year's Eve. I knew it was going to be a pain to get someone to my house and that it might cost me a lot to do so. I could even understand if they said “sorry we are not working tonight.” The answer they gave me is totally unacceptable and displays a lack of integrity and professionalism. I will not do business with them again and would advise everyone to stay away from them. By the way with the help of Angie's List, I was able to get a plumber to my house 20 minutes later and he charged me $100. more
