I literally grew up eating Schoop's cheeseburgers and fries (and the occasional grilled cheese sandwich) and miss them so much! I live over an hour away from the nearest Schoop's and eat at one whenever I am in town. I don't know how they get those crispy edges on the burgers, but that is always the first thing I eat. The fries are always perfect and the green river shakes take me back to childhood. The diner decor is cute, but honestly, I would eat a Schoop's burger that was served out of a trailer on the side of the road. Whenever you get a chance to eat/try a Schoop's burger you must do it! You will not be sorry!!!
