I originally went to Shortline Subaru to look at a used Subaru to try and save some money. I was a walk in, no appointment. I actually came from another dealership on Arapahoe Blvd, Kuni Honda; were I had an appointment to look at another subaru. They no longer had the vehicle due to an unwind. (deal fell through). So I dropped in at Shortline. I was greeted immediately by James Azuero, nice guy, genuinely concerned and honest. I got lucky to find a good salesman, with GOD'S help. Any way to keep a short story short ,we rolled some negative equity from my trade into a new Legacy with no money down, on my good credit I was able to drive out of there with a 2011 Legacy, 2.9% interest and a payment I could afford. James did not skip steps, he took the time to make sure I got the car I wanted and the deal I liked.\r
My window tinting appointment for today went off as scheduled with the help of Lorenzo Lobato another salesman who works with James to offer the best customer service possible. The car looks nice.\r
I have been doing nothing but learning more about my car on the internet at subaru dot com and after learning about the symmetrical AWD, the boxer engine and the CVT transmission I realize this is the perfect car for Colorado. \r
Well you heard it from me, Rich, a very satisfied customer. \r
