Very polite, very careful 3/30/2011

Staff even explained how to take the chair apart to make it easier to move/pack. Your technician was very polite, he removed his snowy shoes before coming in. Also, he was very careful not to accidently scratch my other furniture while moving the parts to fix the chair. more
