I had Schmidt install my new air conditioner and furnace couple years ago and have been using them ever since. They do good work have great employees show up when they're supposed to what more could you ask for. more

We have had trouble with our unit for 2 years. Finally bought a new one-- another company installers did not install correctly. We had no idea what could be wrong - Until Luis showed up-- we found Schmidt through Facebook and honestly if this didn't work we had no idea what we would do. He took time to investigate and actually showed us that he cared about finding the problem after understanding how upset we had been through the past 2 years. He fixed it -- we have been blowing cold Air like crazy. Whatever you do don't let Luis get away-- he is the BEST!! Thank you Schmidt Mechanical. more

Showed up on time and completed work professionally. 1/3/2017

George was the tech that serviced our A/C and heating system, he was very professional and worked very efficiently, finished job without delay. Would recommend this company and George to anyone !!! more

Decent maintenance was done on my system, but not what it use to be. I have experienced better. 12/24/2016

The service man was polite and seemed to know my Trane system, seemed is the operative word here. He mentioned he had 4 Tranes in his house. Odd tidbit to share and I guess that makes him an expert. Nonetheless, he sort of serviced the three year old system and then was heavy on the sales. At a point I felt like it was a sales call versus a maintenance call. I have not been impressed with the last two service personnel sent to provide maintenance on my Trane system. In the future please send someone who is very knowledgeable of the system and does not hesitate to actually service the system. more

Very good service visit 12/18/2016

I had Schmidt Mechanical respond to a warranty request on our heating unit. The unit was functioning properly and so we sent ahead and had Schmidt do system checks on both units. They offered us a very good price and we got all system checks for less than $200. I forgot the service guys name but he was very thorough and patient in explaining what he was doing. I've never been disappointed by Schmidt Mechanical and we've used them 3-4 times. more

Schmidt Mechanical (George) did an excellent job of determining the problem with my unit and getting the parts in hand to get it up and running in no time. They were eager to earn my business, and they kept me fully informed as to arrival plans and such so I wasn't left waiting for hours on end for the technician to arrive. Very pleased with the service I received all the way around! more

We have this AC an approximately 2 years. And bought 10 years warranty for parts and labor. Had no problems till this time. After our call to the Schmidt Service Office an appointment was scheduled in an acceptable time. At a first technician's visit he found that a small part of a heater starter is need to be replaced. Because of Holiday's it was not possible to get this part right away, but it was done as soon it was possible. A technician arrived even before a scheduled time. Was very knowledgeable and friendly, answered on all our questions. It was very helpful and pleasant experience. more

Price replacement parts high 12/1/2016

Had somewhat of a miscommunication with service personnel and office regarding cost of replacement part. Service man seemed competent and very professional. RESPONSE FROM Schmidt Mechanical Group, Inc.: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I spoke to the girls in the office and they informed me that you requested the part # of the part being replaced. This is not a question that is asked very often. The girls in the office do not know the part numbers but I was advised once they found it they did call and give it to you. Please let me know where the miscommunication was and what we could have done to deliver a better level of service.
