Sawyers Moving Company

I called Sawyers on Tuesday and made a reservation to move on Friday. The guy even called the next day to confirm. Then Friday came, and NO movers! Somehow they didn't have me scheduled. I spoke to the manager and he didn't even apologize; I tried to get them to move me Saturday, and he told me to find someone else! This is on Friday, at the end of the month - put me in a real bind! I'm disabled and can't move anything myself. Thanks for NOTHING, Sawyers! more

I moved from NC to FL and wanted to use a local company for my out of state move, my last interstate cross country move was a disaster, check reviews in the yellow pages also there are some scam companies that will rip you off, I am glad I found a honest company I have a large home with 4 bedrooms so I needed a large truck. and packing moving supplies and equipment Sawyer was every thing I was hoping for. I had a prior last minute emergency move, I had used them for a small move one time before, don't let their cheap discount rates fool you, they were perfect for my budget, They came out and gave me a free estimate, and they were on the money, Their labor was skilled and honest. Sawyers has full time employes and checks employe background. They even recomended a good pod and storage company in florida.I got several free quote from two men and a truck and american . Sawyers E Z Move Moving company did my out of state move, no complaints here, I am very happy. they provided direct delivery, I wanted a local company and they had a office down the street from me. I chose them based on their high rating, I had a apartment in Raleigh, and a storage unit in Charlotte NC, and they Moved me to Pensacola FL Their movers were profesional I give them a 5 star high rating! I wish I would of asked them to store my house hold goods on their truck 1 extra night, I was very tired after the 13 hour drive, City search has been a great tool to find good work. I love it. For my move that just passed I decided to hire a moving company, this was my first experience using movers so I was not sure what to expect, Sawyers was highly rated and recomended by a friend. My dreaded moving day was not so bad, They brought boxes and packed my kitchen up, Wraped my furniture and household goods in pading, They provided good service. They moved everything in my new home and set it all back up. It took 2 days to deliver me out of state, I hope I never have to do a state to state move again. I am retired now so hopefully this is my last move. To my surprise after opening the door to three young men, they worked together like a machine. They wasted no time and surprised me how careful and quickly they worked (no one was smoking or using cell phones). Not one piece (except the one I broke) was broken and boxes were placed where inscribed instructions told them. They hooked up W&D, put on bed skirts. Thanks to Luke, Adam and sorry I can recall the group leader who did a super job of loading and using space to my advantage You have a great crew. more
