The pros-in the end they fixed my garage door. The cons-it took over 3 weeks and multiple phone calls on my end. It also cost $200 more than they originally quoted me. In the end, I am not sure if I can recommend them. They first said I needed a new bolt ($197), but when they put that in it didn't work. Then they said I needed a control panel (estimated to cost $180 for parts and labor), but after a few weeks of ""waiting for the part"" they said that the part was wrong and ultimately said I needed to replace the entire unit (Total Price $607). UGH!
