I chipped a crown, and it was jagged and stabbing my tongue. The office got me in quickly, (next day) and the dentist was able to file the jagged edge. I appreciated his honesty in telling me that structurally the crown was still in tact, and I didn't HAVE to replace it immediately. I will replace it eventually of course, but I can do it when it is convenient for me, logistically and financially. I feel I was treated courteously and with respect. Omar the assistant was very kind too. more

They have wonderful dental hygienists and they are always polite and so are the doctors and receptionist and they are fast and always on time. more

The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was taken right on time. Dr. Brown made sure I was comfortable and pain free. He educated me while he was doing everything and took pictures to keep me informed and explain why he was doing something a certain way. I am very pleased with this office. more

Dr. Browne, I wanted to thank you for your kind attention last week. I visited your office on Tuesday, February 3, 2015. I was in a great deal of pain with a root canal infection. Your assessment was correct, and while you were not able to begin the procedure, you started me on medication which alleviated my pain, and made a referral. I am currently back home in New York and will have a root canal procedure soon. Both you and your staff comforted me and my wife, all were professional and caring individuals.
