It's also a retail cooking store and does cooking classes in the evening. There is always something going on at this place that would be of interest to any cook (experienced or beginner). For lunch, I had the meatloaf sandwhich --absolutely delicious-- and on a second visit, the vegetable sandwhich at the recommendation of my waitress. The food is so fresh and apparently it's all local too. The ambience in a little confusing, as it is also a store, and there is a lot of staff always wandering around and typing on their laptops (looked more like a coffee shop than a restaurant!). The service was terrific, as I got the same waitress both times I visited--very knowledgable of the food and enthusiastic (ask for Mariana--a complete sweetheart!). A fun experience, allow extra time to get side-tracked in the store!
Pros: quality of food and shopping experience
Cons: parking, ambience
