I was searching for an arborist from a reliable company to help me with a tree that looked bad in my front yard. Upon reading reviews, I chose Ping. It was a mistake. My original call to Ping was the second week of April. It is now the first week of June. The tree needing help is still untouched in my front yard looking worse each day. I have patiently waited calling weekly to get an update on my work order. Each time, I was told that an answer would be returned later that day or the next business day. No one returned the calls. I would have to call back. Finally, a crew came and removed a tree in my back yard. But, they were unable to do anything with the rest of my work because it wasn't on their work order. Today, I decided that it was time to give up on Ping after they didn't return my call from yesterday as promised. I cancelled my service. This afternoon, someone from Ping called to tell me that my work order was scheduled for tomorrow. During the call, I was referred to as pompous for cancelling the work and impatient for not waiting on their return calls despite waiting nearly two months. I find their customer service terrible. That assessment was justified with the tone and conversation with the Ping caller today. I commented that I would not recommend their service and make reviews accordingly. The caller advised he would simply refute any review that I made. So, beware of the reviews for Ping.
