They delivered as promised on the basement waterproofing (as far as I can tell), but failed miserably at replacing my sump pump in the basement. The man went into my basement for a total of 7 minutes to ""install"" a new pump, battery and circuit board. They forgot to make the valve on the pump a one way, so the pump did nothing but swirl the water which in turn re-flooded my basement. I lost several expensive oriental rugs, a couch and other things. Not to mention the re-flood. Not good ! After MULTIPLE unsuccessful attempts to reach them, I had to hire someone else to fix their poor installation. After several days, the owner responded with a threatening and very poor attitude that it was somehow my fault, then said I must have a bad pump, battery or circuit board. Isn't that what I paid SAS in full to take care of ? Don't they test the equipment after installing it ? The owner also said ""I voided my warranty and go ahead and sleep on that one "", then hung up on me. Here we are 2 weeks later and they still have not called me to say they have my new circuit board that was ordered. Why do all the major home improvement stores have them in stock but a company that does this for a living have such a problem getting one ?
Pros: showed up after I hired them
Cons: didn't have a clue how to replace my pump and re-flooded my basement
