Tackier then thumb tacks!\r \r Took my mom there for a special occasion and got a scrub treatment done. Room was FREEZING and not suitable for this treatment. I told the guy when I was leaving and he said it was a Summer treatment??? Why did they let me book it in Jan then? Total Sham! Go to Rejuv or Woodspa in Kingston..this place is total trash! more

The service here was great. Myself and a friend had a massage along with a mani and a pedicure. The people here are so friendly and very detailed to what your needs are. I was very disappointed with the cleansiness of the changing room and the showers. The walls are dirty and the towels they provide you with were stained and had holes in them. more

This ""business"" mixed up appointments for my entire bridal party and ended up charging all of my girls for services they were never signed up for, and did not receive. When I tried to explain that there was a mixup they were very rude to me, and that is unacceptable. I got acrylic nails, they fell off in a week. $20 nail salon does a better job for 1/2 the price. One of my girls hair looked terrible, so she asked the hairdresser to redo it differently and he was very rude to her. We had to go to another salon on the morning of the wedding. This was all beside the fact that the place was extremely overbooked so everyone was in a hurry and we were not treated well. I'd never step foot in that place ever again, and I will tell as many people as will listen to stay away from there! Cons: Too mant to list more

I will never set foot in this place again. Not only was I physically harmed by a service but I was called a liar by the owner who is a terrible business person when I asked for a simple refund. I will never let this person get another drop of my money and I am telling all of my friends as well. Do not go here. more

THEY'LL TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR TO PACIFY YOU. THESE GIRLS ARE TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR BUT THEY KNOW HOW TO MAKE YOU THINK THEY DO. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN THEY SAY YOU'RE GETTING THE BEST STYLIST THERE BECAUSE MOST LIKELY YOU'RE GETTING THE ONE NOBODY ELSE WANTS. i WENT THERE AND CAME OUT LOOKING LIKE MY FIVE YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER CUT MY HAIR. iF YOU WANT SOMETHING OTHER THAN A HAIR CUT THEN i'D GO THERE, OTHERWISE i'D GO ELSEWHERE. more

As a wedding shower gift my friends bought me a spa package. We were told to come a little early so that we would have time to sit in the sauna...so we did. When we got there we were taken straight to our massages. Once the massage was complete, three of the four of us were taken to the sauna. We were in the sauna for less than 5 mins when we were told it was time for our manicure/pedicure. We were a little disappointed by that...but I really enjoyed my massage so I didn't let it bother me. We absolutely loved the pedicures and the girls giving them. My girls got manicures which were done wonderfully. I got a full set of acrylics and hated them!!! My acrylics were done before the girls getting a manicure! They looked really thick, uneven, and sloppy. I even told her I was unhappy and she tried to fix them but they still looked awful. I think she was in a rush because it was closing time. Like I said before, she was really nice but I expected better for how much my friends paid! more

Choosing Sapphire Salon was the biggest mistake I ever made. Thankfully, I went for a trial run prior to my wedding day. I was taken late for my appointment, assigned a different hair stylist than I was scheduled to have, and the stylist they gave me said that my hair was too short for an up-do...my hair is more than one inch passed my shoulders! The stylest pulled my hair back with pins flat against my head and told me ""how bad she felt for me"". Also, she proceeded to toss my $200 hand-made comb on her table with complete disregard. An hour and a half later I was at the counter with no up-do wondering what I was going to do. I was told to pay even though nothing was done with my hair. I called the next week to cancel my appointment for the wedding (I found a great place the next week who did a beautiful up-do) and told the manager about my bad experience. She was very nice and said I should have a refund and that the owner would call me. Big mistake. The owner called me and said she didn't believe all of this happened. She believed the stylist over me, the customer. She said she has never had any complaints and that I was irrational. Also, she said I would not get a refund because that would be admitting they did something wrong. So, if you want to be called irrational, called a liar and pay for a service that you will not receive...go to Sapphire. Cons: Unprofessional, over-priced more

I stopped going because it's so far away (and it gets so expensive to go to a spa a lot), but the spa is so nice and the treatments are great... addictive! The CocoJava Body Scrub was my favorite!! The girl who did it (Katie) was great... I couldn't even drive home afterwards (I was so relaxed). The only problem I had was with the wedding coordinator... she was supposed to get back to me about a day of beauty for my bridal party, mom, grandmas, but she never did. more

I wanted some nice highlights and I received green and mucky highlights and had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. The best was when I called to complain and give them the opportunity to fix it the owner.. she just screamed at me.... Guess that has been happening a lot to her. I will NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND more

They weren't busy yet I was rushed through my trial updo and makeup.. Then, they suggested I get a color and cut and my color turned into a green mucky color and had to go to another salon to get it fixed. It was horrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this place and when I complained they said that noone has ever complained before and how they are the best in the area and then hung up on me. I have talked to several people and they have had horrible situations there as well... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE more
