Local family with great product and service 10/23/2011

Santa Barbara jumps is locally owned by a really nice family who understands how important your child's birthday party really is. They have a great variety of jumpers and you can't beat the price. I've used them and so have a lot of my friends and I've never heard of a single problem. It's so easy, and having a bouncer from Santa Barbara Jumps makes any party a popular one. more

SANTA BARBARA JUMPS-NOT 12/30/2010

On party day we were very busy but noticed the paid for jumper had not arrived. They were very surprised that I was expecting them and that they were late. They did respond rapidly. Unfortunately the jump they brought was extremely worn and kept collapsing. Most of the kids were afraid of it. I tried it and sank in deep as the air was blowing from all the seams. There was no bounce. They were late picking up and did not respond to phone calls. I ended up leaving it in the park. I ask them to call me as I was unhappy. I never heard from them. My neighbor used Lunna. Their jumper came on time and worked. more
