I can't believe I'm the only person who doesn't like this agent. I had her for three years (three years too long) and I was constantly told I would get a multi-line discount that I never saw. When I confronted her, the agent actually laughed at me and said that if the national office couldn't fix it that I must not qualify. I promptly went to another State Farm agent in SW Portland whose staff cut my bill in half the first day. I get that computers are ""complicated,"" but really?? more

Excellent Insurance Rep 10/1/2008

We have had Sandra and her staff as our insurance agent for the past seven years after relocating from Texas. We did a little bit of searching after our relocation from Texas and was surprised by the rate quote differences between the different SF agents in the Tigard area. We have auto and home owners insurance through them and have always been pleased with the service. We have only had to call on them twice so far (once for auto and once for home) and each time Sandra and her staff took over all the necessary paper work and phone calls for us. I had to call on them on short notice recently when we wanted to rent a camper trailer for a family vacation. Sandra's staff quickly handled the renter's coverage questions and faxed the necessary paperwork within minutes so I could continue with the trailer rental. I would recommend Sandra Campbell and Staff for State Farm Insurance in the Tigard area! more
