I recently signed my son up for Cub Scouts and naturally needed to purchase a Cub Scout uniform for him. So my son and I visited the San Gabriel Valley Scout Shop to pick up his uniform and we were instantly impressed. The shop is located in the beautiful San Gabriel Valley Council building right off of Sierra Madre Villa Ave. and Sierra Madre Blvd. We were greeted by a very helpful sales person who walked us through finding every piece of the Cub Scout uniform that we needed. He even went so far as to show us exactly where all of the patches needed to go on my son's uniform and how to roll and wear the Tiger Cub neckerchief. This visit really made me feel good about signing my son up for Cub Scouts and he's very excited to start working on his Cub Scout ranks. I was also personally excited to see that this Scout shop carries all kinds of high quality backpacking equipment. They had Osprey and CamelBak backpacks as well as great first aid kits and cooking equipment. Both my son and I are looking forward to our next visit.
