Our family found a house in San Diego that we really liked, and despite not being pre-approved and my wife being laid off, we went to EFCU and sought Todd Benware's help. Not only did we get approved, but he was also able to get a point knocked off the APR rate! How fortunate is that! more

Todd Benware has easily got to be one of the most thorough, most professional mortgage brokers anywhere in the area. I recently had the pleasure of working with him as he helped secure a second mortgage on my beachfront property. The man is knowledgeable and highly ethical in his business dealings. more
