I got my Jeep here almost 4 years ago and I take it there for all of it's needs. My dad paid for lifetime oil changes but I tend to get things done there just for the connivence factor. I know most dealerships mark prices up but I trust these people and they run a good shop here. I just got my brakes fixed and was quoted another price by another shop so I know the mark up isn't huge here. Super nice staff too. I know absolutely nothing about cars so they always break it down and make is easy for people like me. more

I bought my jeep there and after shopping at other dealerships I found Stan to be a non-pushy, extremely helpful, patient and down to earth saleperson! He responds to all of my questions and needs immediately and everything has gone really smooth. In a world where customer service is nonexistent it is refreshing to have someone who cares and takes care of you with a friendly attitude! I would recommend them to friends. I haven't had much experience with service yet, but on the occasion that my ipod wasn't working with the radio, they helped me (even though it wasn't the car's fault but problems with my own ipod). Also they did provide a loner car for me and one that I could fit my bike into!!! more

Amazed at the overall service.. I was looking for a vehicle after my previous was totalled and Pavel could not of made it any more comforting and painless and fast. Must I say that I HATE dealerships b/c they are pushy and trying to close a deal even if it's not overall what you want. Well proven wrong by Pavel, he listened and took me to see what I want nothing else and gave me options and worked the numbers so I can choice and was not pushy and allowed me to make and choice on my own will. I must say not only did I save greatly but I felt very comfortable with the entire process.. Thank you Pavel and Stan from the bottom of my pocket may god continue to bless you in everything you do!! more

I have been taking our family Jeep to Midway jeep for years and have always gotten great service. I was excited when Midway was selling the new 2011 Dodge RAM, so I just bought a new Ram from them and I got the same excellent treatment in the Sales dept. I bought my 2006 Jeep Liberty here in June of 2010. This is a review for the service department. Short and sweet: Service department here is AWESOME. I live five minutes away from Mccune Dodge Chrysler Jeep and have had more than one negative experience with their service department. Midway Jeep Chrysler is worth the 25 minute drive for me. They just did a 75,000 mile service on my Liberty. While they quoted me $250 for a worst-case scenario, everything needs replacing kind of deal, I ended up making it out the door for under $100. Other Jeep dealers would have quoted me $250 and then tried to charge me more. I booked my service at Midway. Very friendly, great customer service. It's not the closest Jeep dealership to my house, but I'll go back for more services there - it's worth it. more

If this is the normal way business is done here then look out!! I traded in a truck and we had a deal on a new Challenger. It was to be shipped from another dealer since no one in San Diego had it. After the near 2 wk wait they called me, said it was here. Went to pick her up and when I saw her it was everything but the right color. They admitted there was a goof up in the vin they entered and in order to right it I would have to dish out a bunch more money. Why is the customer being punished for the dealer's goof? They didn't even try to make it right and just tried pushing a car I didn't order on me so they wouldn't have to eat the loss. Piss poor customer service! I'll never step foot in that Liar Dealership. They think you're stupid. What I believe happened was they knew from the get go it wasn't what I wanted but would just get it anyway thinkin I would just take it. They didn't care and I ended up taking back my trade in and they need to refund all the car money now. What a pain and what an awful crushing disappointed time it was for me. Save yourselves from this disaster of a dealership!! more

This dealership knowingly soild us a brand new grand cherokee that was seriously defective. They knew about the problem and sold us the piece of junk anyway. We now have to try to deal with this thing. Wasting our time and possibly a lot of our money. They are a lousy place that tries to tell you to your face that you are getting a fair deal and the best one available, then laughs and high fives behind your back. There is always a little bit of a game to play when buying a car, these theives take it to the max. Poor dealership, poor customer service. We would advise everyone to stay away and head up north for a jeep/chrysler/dodge product. more
