Prices are ok but not much selection. I donated items and returned to the store numerous times and never saw them out on the sales floor. Heard of similar experiences from other donations. The service is poor and the associates are very rude (Is there any management?). Needs some tlc. I try to go to find a good deal and support a good cause but seems the place has gone down hill with bad intentions.Just disappointed more

Customer Service really needs help 3/16/2012

Two years ago I called and had items pickup 3 times from my home to donate to the salvation army.\r \r This year I have called several times to donate items and can not get the lady to call me back for a pick up date for items (764-1041). Customer Service is really not helpful. I will find someone else to donate items too. more
