I have been to this Salvation Army before. It used to be cluttered, but the last time I went, it was absolutely ridiculous. I had to turn sideways just to get in the door! One reason for this problem may be that the staff just sit around pricing more stuff to put out on the shelves instead of cleaning, organizing, and arranging the items they already have. There were three women ""working"" there when I went, and I swear not one got up the entire 30 minutes I shopped. Another possible reason for the overcrowded shelves would be the prices. Some things were really reasonable, while others were WAY overpriced. I mean, c'mon this is a thrift store, not Nordstrom's. The overpricing was definitely evident because almost everything in there was the same stuff that was there when I visited 2 months ago. If it hasn't sold in 2 months, lower the price or give it away! I think this location needs a complete overhaul. Until then, I'd go to Morgantown or Grafton.
Pros: Amount of Merchandise
Cons: No organization, cluttered, skewed pricing, lazy staff.
