Visited San Antonio and everyone told us to try Salt Grass for great steak. We weren't disappointed. I can't believe the quality of the meat. I ordered a rib eye, medium rare and that's exactly what I got. Added the blue cheese sauce and was in heaven. Everyone loves the Shiner bock bread, but I thought it was only ok. A little sweet for me (tasted kind of like King's Hawaiian bread actually). Great variety of side orders to accompany your steak. We went during off hours so we didn't have to wait. We went to the one on the River Walk, but citysearch doesn't have an entry for them yet. Blanca was our server and she was fantastic!
