The Salt Museum is located on the parkway, across from Onondaga Lake. People here actually dresses up as if they were living back in the olden times and speak like that too. They are very good in staying in character. Visitors can tour the longhouse and see what they used to do back in the "olden days". Kids can learn the ways of the pilgrims. Visitors also have an opportunity to learn with hands-on activities. This is very eduational.
