I have been going to Salon Neo for the past three years, but have been a loyal client of Andrea's for over 8. Andrea is beyond talented in her craft and ALWAYS does an exceptional job. I can count numerous times when I would be walking down the street and would receive random compliments on my hair; from the color to the cut or the style. I currently live roughly 2 hours away from the Salon, but will continue to make the drive for Andrea. Her skills are second to none! more

Ive been going to the owner Erika now for over a year. She always does my cut and higlight exactly how I want, if not better. Its a very relaxed environment and the staff is so nice. Even the decor is fresh and modern..I will continue to go there for all my haircare needs...if you go you will never leave disappointed! more

I have been going to Erica at Salon Neo for over a year now. I had lost touch with her awhile back after she left another shop...but I was lucky enough to find her again in her very own Thank God! She knows exactly what do to for my hair from cut to color...and her blowouts are awesome. Even when she took a short leave to have her beautiful baby girl, Linda was there to blow out my hair when I need it. She was wonderful as well! All the girls are always friendly and professional, The atmosphere always make you fell comfortable and relaxed. I love that they always offer special discounts on services... I bought a blow-out package once which was a great deal... especially when you need help because no-one can make your hair look like Erica can. Can't wait for my next appt! I followed Marie to Salon Neo from her previous place of employment , and love it. It's a friendly, relaxed environment with very professional stylists. Appointments are kept and you never wait more than a few minutes. Maire is wonderful. She does what you ask and you are never disappointed. She will make suggestions, but never pressures you to try something new that you might not be comfortable with. Give them a try, it is sure to be a great experience more

I have been getting my hair done by Erica for many years and every time I see her she always takes the time to really find out what I am looking to achieve with my style and always offers suggestions to me. Salon Neo equals the BEST! Love everything about this place especially the talented and fun girls who work there. But..the one I love the best is Christina!! She does everything there from making sure the hair dye doesn't stain your skin to massaging your head until it tingles :) Plus she does it all with an awesome smile! I appreciate how hard she works every time I see her.. so this is a shout out for you girl!! As for the salon, it's a 5 star shop! It's an amazing salon filled with amazing girls! more

I love this place..it is green , mellow and pleasant. I should note that I am a licensed cosmotologist and could probably get many of the services from my fellow classmates, but I still choose to stay with Adriana > She took my hair from a horrible black (that i had done in hair school, stripped it and made it a BEAUTIFUL brown that I love. She did all this without the orange brassiness and without damage to my hair. She is also great at extensions!!!! I recomend this salon for consistent fairly priced services from a friendly staff. A must go to!!!\r \r I have been to MANY hair salons in Staten Island. All of them have fell short of delivering professional services for their higher-than-expert prices. Thank goodness I met Linda at Salon Neo! The salon is beautiful and quaint. It has chill music playing and a very zen-like feel. Linda is an amazing hair artist! My blonde hair has never looked nor felt so beautiful! It feels and looks like virgin sun-kissed blonde hair. I got a full-head of highlights and haircut. Linda cut my hair perfectly. I am very meticulous with my hair and if you want to look your best, Linda is the one to see at Salon Neo. She definitely specializes in her cuts and color. I feel so much more beautiful than I ever felt about my hair because my new hair brings out all of my features. It honestly looks how I've always wanted.\r \r Go see Linda she is amazing at what she does. I am growing out my hair and she knew exactly how to cut it so that it looks great during the middle stages of hair growth. The layers she cut are perfect. She also cuts three of my friends hair and all of their hair looks perfect. When I was there she cut another client's bob haircut beautiful and dyed it a perfect funky shade of red! While I was getting my hair done I was also watching the other stylists, and all of them looked like they were doing a great job too. All of the girls are so nice and accomodating. Maria is very sweet and the assistant Christine massaged my scalp great. The products they use are excellent (She used a rosemary conditioner that smelled delicious and made my scalp/hair feel and look great). I just can't get over how soft, shiny, and beautiful my hair is! There are so many salons and stylists to go to in Staten Island, Brooklyn, New Jersey, but trust me, this salon is totally different than any other salon you'll go to. And I have to recommend Linda and the salon to everyone I know.\r \r Hair makes the person, and because of the gorgeous job Linda did, I have much more confidence than ever before. Words can't really describe my gratitude for my new beautiful hair. SO happy I found Linda and Salon Neo. Thanks Lin and girls!
