I have had my hair colored and styled by Judy she was great! She always told me the correct pricing and never tried to upcharge with the products; she left the salon. I was then given to Julie who quoted me one price and when I got to the check out the price was $75.00 more! OMG, $150.00 to get my roots touched up only around the "halo"? They may do a good job but other salons do an equal job and seem consistant with their charges. You expect to pay more for a senior stylest but I would think the cost for a senior stylest would be the same as it is in all salons, you pay more for more training, but at this salon you pay more depending on the day of the week. They do pamper you but ladies, be clear how much are you willing to pay for a cup of coffee or a glass of lemonade? It is cheaper to drop by Starbucks and go elseware to get your hair done. more

They believe in 100% customer satisfaction- and it's true. I got a phone call about a week after my hair appt to make sure I was happy with the results. From the scalp massage to the water and refreshments, it was the best experience I've ever had. I will definitely return for future services. more

What makes a salon a great experience is the attitude of the Staff - from the cleaning staff - right up to the Stylists and Owners. The sense of Teamwork at Salon Estique was terrific. Watching the young new stylists, observe the Master Stylists with respect and enthusiasm - soaking up every bit of knowledge they could - was amazing. Everyone loved what they were doing which made for an exciting atmosphere. The energy in there was electric! I've been going to Salon's since I was a young girl - the sense of family - the helpful attitude and attention to the client are first rate. You won't just get a great color or cut at Salon Estique you'll walk away feeling like you just spent time at your best friends house. Keep up the great job ladies! This salon has to be the worst salon I have ever been to in my life. Yes, you walk in and they greet you with a smile but if you're new they give you an awkward tour of the salon and constantly bug you to see if you are doing ok or if you need this or that. When I got my hair done I asked for a very small trim and the woman began to tell me how she thought if we did this and that it would look stunning and so on and so forth. The stylists need to learn how to listen and give the client what they want and not try to rob me of my money because they dont do that great of a job. THEN! The manager prances around the salon looking angry and pissed off all the time and to top it off she treats her staff like dogs! I couldnt believe the way she went up to one of the girls in front of her client and interrupted and began to pretty much scold her and say how she needed to come see her later! How completely unprofessional she really just needs to retire. They also need to get rid of that girl up front Adrianne i think her name was. She checked me out and was so completely fake and annoying seems like she could be in a bad mood all the time as well. Over all this salon treats their employees poorly, has terrible customer service, horrible style it really needs to be updated, and should seriously consider finding some new management that would be respectful and professional. I looked for 3 winters being a snowbird and finally found Salon Estique..yeah..love the staff..always great work..and very clean for a busy salon...has trainees which are a big turnover..but the best stay a long time..most of the key people have been there 3-15 years which is #1 for me..They are GREAT.. I have never been to a salon that guarntees all their services and products 100%. i have gone to several different stylists and have continuly gotten great services and left feeling very special and pretty. I would recommend this salon highly to anyone. Pros: Best customer service ever! more

Faye gives awesome facials! She is so knowledgeable and very accomodating. Her touch is fabulous. I should know, I've been using her for years!!! Pros: Faye's Facials, Love the finger foods and drinks! Cons: Salon needs a bit of updating more

I've been getting facials from Faye for a year and a half. I'd tried out other places, but nobody quite took the time to understand my seriously problem skin like Faye does. She listens to my input on how my skin reacts to different treatments and adjusts what she does accordingly. Faye does not push products on me but has suggested a couple that really do work for my skin. Also, she makes sure I get the best deal, letting me know about special promotions and free add-ons. It's always a relaxing experience; I can't wait for my appointment on Friday. Now, the hair is a whole different issue. The cut and color is okay but nothing spectacular. My color was nice the first time it was done but has devolved to a blah brown and the cut is a very simple. It is not worth the money. In fact, I'm currently looking for a new salon for my hair. Pros: central location, usually attentive reception area, FAYE! Cons: hair just not worth it more
